Rafferty, sadly has a few health problems and we have been reluctant to leave him in a cattery. Caroline was recommended to us by our vet and we are most grateful.

We returned after a fortnight to find a happy and healthy cat who had obviously been very well cared for. Thank you Caroline – we will be back!

I have always been very worried and anxious about leaving our cat Milo at a cattery. He has epilepsy (which is a big challange by itself) and is on a strict medical regime (medication required twice a day at very specific times) and it takes a very special person / cattery to take him on with his all needs (I had spoken with catteries in the past who wouldn’t even consider looking after him).

After initially speaking with Caroline by phone I knew I had no reason at all to worry! She was kind and compassionate and not at any time fazed by Milo’s circumstances / medication requirements. The care Milo received was excellent and I could not have been happier. I knew he would be in safe hands, loved and well looked after and he certainly was!

When we next need a cattery I will definitely be using Valley View and I will be recommending Caroline to all my friends and family.

Superb and trustworthy service on the Cattery and Home Visits.

The Cattery is peaceful and has a nice view to the garden, heated pad for cold days and the facilities are very clean.

Caroline is very good and responsible, Tom needs to have medicine daily and that was not a problem.

I am a worrier and having to leave Tom alone for the first time was hard so I have asked if Caroline could send me updates and pictures, she was great on texting me back and sending me pictures of Tom so I could feel I was closer.

We were so satisfied with the service that we have decided to book some Home Visits as the Cattery was fully booked.
Again, we were very pleased as she not only came and fed him she also gave him attention and love and cleaned his litter box.

We will definitely be using Valley View Cattery and Caroline’s home service again. There is no better feeling than knowing your little friend is being taken care of by the best.

It was with much excitement that I booked our family holiday but then concern set in for our dear old cats (one of which is quite poorly) and whether they could handle 2 weeks in a cattery. However help was at hand and I responded to a leaflet left in our vet’s reception. Caroline’s home care service was the answer to a maidens prayer, she’s fabulous with animals and when we returned they were both content, well fed and in great condition.

I highly recommend Caroline’s services, she’s trustworthy, punctual and caring and I will certainly be booking her services again.

We have just come back from 12 days away and couldn’t be happier that our 2 furry babies were looked after by Caroline. We have one who is very timid and does not take well to staying in catteries so Caroline came to our home twice a day to feed, water and play with them. Caroline spent the time building a relationship with our timid cat and when we returned home it was as though she had known her forever! Caroline came to visit shortly after we returned and our youngest boy was very pleased to see her!

This is our 2nd time using the catteries services and we would not hesitate to use her again. We have visited the cattery previously and were very impressed, clean, tidy and warm but as I say, our 2 just don’t like leaving home which is why we opted for the home visits. Very pleased and will definitely recommend the Cattery and Caroline!

I can’t recommend Valley View Cattery highly enough. Our cats have stayed there very happily on a number of occasions and this year we selected their cats at home service. We came home to two very happy cats who had been in their home environment and who appeared to have eaten well!

Caroline had obviously spent time with them to ensure that they were safe and happy. She visited our home beforehand to ensure that she knew where everything was and whether there was anywhere the cats weren’t allowed to go. As our cats are quite spoilt they have the run of the whole house and garden, and appeared to have spent a lot of time snuggled up on our bed. Caroline very kindly checked that we had not been delayed on the way home so as to ensure that they had their tea at the usual time.

We will definitely ask Caroline to look after our cats at home next time we are away.

I am so glad to have found Caroline and Valley View Cattery. Sterling has just spent his first two week holiday there and has returned home completely relaxed and happy. The pens are modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. They are situated in a calm environment.

Caroline is professional, organised and friendly. She invited me to call her to see how Sterling was settling in and even sent me an e-mail to update me on their growing friendship.

I am fully aware that my lovable boy can be a bit of a character at times but Caroline knew exactly how to bond with him. She had even given him some toys to play with. I commend her as she has everything spot on and I will have no hesitation in continuing to send Sterling to her for his holidays. Thank you.

The first time ever any of my cats have been in a cattery, so I was really nervous. We had problems with our house move and with four cats things could have been really difficult. I needn’t have worried as Caroline was brilliant, giving us flexibility when our dates kept changing, but more importantly, treating all our cats as individuals and understanding their different needs and foibles. With regular progress reports and visits we all got through the move and they’ve all come home calm and happy like they’ve been on holiday.

Caroline was recommended to us via Crossways Vets in Findon Valley and she let us view her Cattery before we booked and gladly showed us round.

The pens were spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. She even offered me the chance to go and visit them whilst my Son was away!

I would highly recommend Valley View Cattery to anyone who cares about their cats being well looked after with no hesitation and would definitely use them again.

They were well looked after and seemed relaxed when I collected them.

It is a nice peaceful place to board your precious cats.

My elderly cat, Phoebe, and first time boarder has just returned from Valley View Cattery having had a wonderful time in the care of Caroline.

Nothing was too much trouble during her stay, including having her watering can with her! ( the only thing she will drink from).
Caroline spent time with her every day to ensure she settled in well.

I would not hesitate to recommend Valley View to anyone.
Phoebe was happy and content when I arrived to collect her, and will be going back again next year for her holidays.
